How long is a Harmonic Egg session?

Accepted Answer

Appointments last between 60 and 75 minutes. Clients should expect their first appointment to last the full 75 minutes but plan on 90 minutes.
Actual time spent in the Harmonic Egg is 50 minutes.

Question 2

What if I am claustrophobic?

Accepted Answer

If you suffer from claustrophobia or fear being locked in the Egg, we will leave the door open or ajar – you will benefit just as much from the session. Also, if the door is closed and you feel uncomfortable during the session, just ring the bell and we will come and open the Egg for you.  
Sessions in the Harmonic Egg are designed to be a pleasant and relaxing experience, we will do our best to make it so.

The structure of the Harmonic Egg is made of wood. The lights used are mercury free LED lights

Instrumental musical pieces are used with many that have been specially curated for use specifically in the Harmonic Egg.

If I need to use the bathroom, is there a way to stop a Harmonic Egg session?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Harmonic Egg chamber includes a “doorbell” device that is used to notify your Harmonic Egg Specialist that attention is needed. A private restroom is available on site.

How many Harmonic Egg sessions will I need?

This depends. Everyone is different and enters their first Harmonic Egg session at a different state of wellness. The number of Harmonic Egg sessions needed is dependent upon the client and their specific needs. Generally speaking, clients often see desired results in 5-7 sessions.

Can children experience the Harmonic Egg?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For some children, a shortened session in the Harmonic Egg may be required. For other children, a parent’s presence in the room may be necessary during the session. Please consult with your Harmonic Egg Specialist about how to create a safe, effective and enjoyable experience for your child.

Can I place my pet in the Harmonic Egg?

No. Pets are not physically allowed inside the Harmonic Egg. While pets do respond to Harmonic Egg treatments, the process for animals is different. Please consult with your Harmonic Egg Specialist about how to treat pets.

Are Harmonic Egg sessions covered by Insurance?

Accepted Answer

Like many holistic therapies, Harmonic Egg sessions are not currently a covered service under medical insurance programs. Some Harmonic Egg protocols may qualify under Health Savings or Flexible Spending account requirements. Contact your account manager to confirm.

Do the lights change during a session?

The lights (top and bottom) remain the same color throughout the session and do not
move.  We determine the colors of the lights according to your intention for the session.

What should I expect after a session?

Our clients report feeling wellness on many levels: emotional, physical and spiritual.
People often note that this experience tends to raise their level of consciousness, which increases creative thinking and helps them recover from past trauma and limiting thoughts.
Often, during the session, smells are released from the body, indicating a detoxification. We highly recommend drinking lots of water after your session and incorporating electrolytes for increased hydration. This will aid in the detoxification process.

What types of things should I avoid after a session?

Accepted Answer

Avoiding strenuous exercise and staying away from stimulants such as coffee, tea and nicotine. Refrain from alcohol or drug use and try to avoid stressful situations 
Factors that can be controlled by the individual which would aid the healing process are: drinking the required water, eating a good diet and getting enough rest.

Is it ok to combine other energy modalities while having Harmonic Egg Sessions?

Please refrain from any other energy work for three to five days before your appointment. While it is ok to combine the Harmonic Egg with other types of Energy therapy modalities, we suggest this waiting period which will allow for proper integration.
